Save takayna

takayna / Tarkine is one of the world’s last great wild places, a world heritage quality landscape threatened by logging, mining and off-road vehicles. At its heart is Australia’s largest tract of cool temperate rainforest. At the edge of the world, takayna coastline is rugged with wild windswept beaches, towering sand dunes and national heritage listed Aboriginal cultural heritage.

When off-road vehicles drive through this coastal cultural landscape it causes irreversible and irreparable damage.

Prime Minister Turnbull & Tasmanian Premier Hodgman have a choice – allow ongoing damage to Aboriginal cultural heritage or provide secure protection for takayna / Tarkine.
